Return and Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it and receive another pair, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with the exchange. Additionally, the pair you are exchanging must be new, unused, and in the same condition it was received; there is an option to exchange at any of our stores within Egypt or through our online portal at get-albo.com as a pickup option.
Items purchased within the period of sale can only be exchanged during the sale “Size and Design.” After the sale ends, exchanges are for Sizes only, and no return or refund is available.
Return and Refund Policy:
After your order is delivered, you have 14 days to request a return and refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and there must be no sign of use.
